Appeal

At approx. 21:30 last night, officers came across a young male on an e-scooter riding on the road between Marsh Gibbon and Charndon. Officers have stopped him, not only for the illegal use of the e-scooter, but due to this being incredibly dangerous. As Officers have gone to exit the vehicle to speak with him, the male has made off from Officers, refusing to stop. He was located again a short while later, again, making off from Police down a footpath in Marsh Gibbon. He was not located again. 

We would like to know if anyone in the local area knows who this male could potentially be. He is described as a white male, approx. 15 years of age, clean shaven with dark brown hair, approx. 5ft7 in height. He was wearing a black gilet, with a grey hooded jumper underneath with his hood up and matching grey jogging bottoms. He was on a black e-scooter.
